Our People

A promise is only as good as the people who stand behind it and live up to it on a daily basis. PuroClean technicians respond promptly to property emergencies demonstrating a high degree of professionalism and compassion. Our team of certified professionals are thoroughly screened, insured and trained in utilizing the latest in mitigation technology and procedures throughout the remediation process while operating under a strict code of ethics. We know how to get the job done right. And more importantly, we know how to make a disaster transition as smooth as possible.

Here is a little background on some of our key team members, so that you can understand the people behind our company:

Bob Culley, co-owner with wife Pat, spent 26 years in consumer product sales and marketing before entering the restoration and remediation business.  Bob's background in sales has helped PuroClean First Response build a solid relationship with the Dallas Fort Worth community including insurance companies, plumbers, property management companies, and individual residential property owners.  





Dan Jones, Director of Production/Operations
Dan is one of the most knowlegeable experts in the restoration industry today.  An integral part of the PuroClean experience, Dan spends time with each customer in order to help them focus on what PuroClean will do to help them get their property back to its pre-loss condition.  Dan has IICRC certifications in Water Restoration, and is a licensed Mold Remediation Worker as required by the State of Texas.  In addition, PuroClean First Response is also an IICRC certified company.

Pat and Teresa are the creative force behind PuroClean's grass roots marketing efforts.  Working on a meager budget, Pat and Teresa have delivered ice cream to their customers during 110+ degree weather, which is no small feat.  Both are active Ambassadors for both local HEB and Colleyville Chambers.  In addition, they work trade shows, organize Continuing Education classes, and still manage to call on more than 200 insurance agents' offices on a monthly basis.  In her spare time, Pat is a substitute teacher and 'Marme' to her two grandchildren.
